How Lentor Mansion Redefined Buyer Demand in Lentor’s Rapidly Growing Estate (2024–2025)

entor Mansion — GuocoLand’s newest premium residential development in the Lentor precinct — emerged as the top-performing new launch in Singapore for 2024. During its debut weekend on March 15–16, the project achieved exceptional results, selling 400 out of 533 units, or about 75% of its total inventory. Launch prices ranged from S$2,104 to S$2,478 psf, with two-bedroom units proving the most in-demand, selling out entirely.

Its strong launch performance not only led the Lentor district but also positioned Lentor Mansion as Singapore’s best-selling project of 2024, outperforming earlier successes such as Lentor Modern, which achieved an 84% sell-through of 605 units during its 2022 launch.

Buyer interest was driven by several factors: competitive pricing relative to surrounding projects, a comprehensive suite of facilities, and its strategic location near Lentor MRT station and CHIJ St Nicholas Girls' School.

The Lentor neighbourhood has experienced rapid transformation, with Lentor Mansion marking the fifth major condominium launch in the area over the past two years. While sales momentum for some recent launches — such as Lentoria — has been more moderated, overall demand for homes in this emerging private residential enclave remains healthy as of 2025.
