The Thomson corridor runs along the Thomson-East Coast Line from Springleaf and Lentor through Upper Thomson to Bright Hill. It is the area I cover most closely.
What the record says
Six launches here each opened at a record price for the corridor: Thomson Grand, Thomson Three, Thomson Impressions, JadeScape, AMO Residence and Lentor Modern. Of the 763 buyers who have since sold, 729 sold at a gain. Thirty of the 33 losses were sales made before 2021, before the line opened in August 2021. Since then, 648 sellers have recorded 3 losses.
